At Mats4U, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy below for full details.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most standard products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

It must be in the original packaging (if applicable)

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Custom-sized mats

Branded or logo mats

Made-to-order products

Clearance or final sale items
3. How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization if eligible.
Important: Do not return items without authorization, as they may not be accepted or refunded.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mats4U is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We’ll replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Cancellations
Orders for stock items may be cancelled before they ship. Orders for made-to-order or custom mats can only be cancelled if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
