This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through https://www.mats4u.com/. By placing an order with Mats4U, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories or international addresses at this time.


2. Processing & Lead Times

Many of our products are made to order. Estimated processing times are as follows:

Product Type Processing Time
In-stock items 1–3 business days
Made-to-order mats 5–10 business days
Custom or branded mats 10–15 business days (approx.)

Processing begins after your order is confirmed. For custom designs, processing starts once the final proof is approved.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, item weight, and size.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100

  • Orders under $100 will incur a flat-rate or calculated shipping charge

  • Oversized or pallet deliveries may include additional freight charges, which will be communicated before shipping


5. Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Freight and pallet carriers for large or heavy items

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.


6. Delivery Instructions

If you have special delivery instructions (e.g., “Leave by garage”), please include them at checkout. While we pass these instructions to the carrier, final delivery decisions are at the carrier’s discretion.


7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or multiple missed delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, redelivery fees may apply.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
