Cleaning Instructions
Routine Cleaning:
- Vacuum regularly (daily in high-traffic areas; weekly in low-traffic spaces)
- Use a carpet extractor for deeper cleaning
- Hose off to remove heavy soil
- Always allow mat to dry fully before returning to service
Commercial Laundering (Nitrile-Backed Mats Only)
- Flush: 2–3 min at 120°F
- Optional Second Flush: 2–3 min
- Break: 5–10 min at 120°F
- Rinse: 2 min cold
- Second Rinse: 2 min cold
- Low-Speed Extraction: 1–2 min
- Shake Out: 1 min
- High-Speed Extraction: 3–5 min (max 250 Gs)
- Dry: 5–10 min at 180°F
- Cool Down: 5 min
- Lay flat to cool before rolling
For heavy soil:
- Increase water temp to max 140°F
- Use low-pH, non-ionic detergents
- Do not over-dry (max 180°F basket temp.)
- Final rinse may be increased to 140°F to reduce moisture retention
