- 65-mil (Medium Duty) – Border: 107-mil
- 90-mil (Heavy Duty) – Border: 90-mil
Cleaning Instructions
Routine Cleaning:
- Vacuum or hose off surface dirt
- Extract or rinse as needed
- Always ensure mat is completely dry before reuse
Commercial Laundering:
- Flush: 2–3 minutes, medium water level, 120°F (49°C)
- Optional Flush: Repeat for heavily soiled mats
- Break: 5–10 minutes, high water level, 120°F (49°C)
- Rinse: 2 x 2 minutes, high water level, cold
- Extract (low speed): 1–2 minutes
- Shake Out: 1 minute with drain open
- Extract (high speed): 3–5 minutes at 250 Gs
- Dry: 15–30 minutes, 180°F (82°C) basket temp
- Cool Down: 5 minutes
Do not launder Action Mats with synthetic yarn mats (e.g. nylon) to prevent pilling.
Oil and solvent-soaked mats must be stored and disposed of in accordance with your local hazardous waste regulations.
