Routine Maintenance:

Vacuum regularly (daily for high-traffic areas)

Use extractor for deep cleaning

Hose off and hang to dry when needed

Always allow mats to fully dry before returning to service

Laundering Instructions (Nitrile-Backed Mats):

Flush: 2–3 minutes, medium water level, 120°F (49°C)

Optional Flush: Repeat for heavy soil

Break: 2–3 minutes, high water level, 120°F (49°C) – pH ≤ 9.5

Rinse: 2 x 2 minutes, high water level, cold

Extract (low speed): 1–2 minutes

Shake Out: 1 minute with drain open

Extract (high speed): 3–5 minutes

Dry: 5–10 minutes, basket temp max 180°F (82°C)

Cool Down: 5 minutes

Allow mats to cool before rolling or placing back into service.
Do not over-dry.
For moisture-sensitive settings, increase final rinse temp to 140°F (60°C) if mats are air-dried.
