Backing:
- Material: Heavy-duty nitrile rubber
- Thickness: 90-mil (body & border)

- Total Mat Thickness: 3/8" (0.375")
Cleaning Instructions
Regular Maintenance:
- Vacuum daily in high-traffic zones; weekly elsewhere
- Hose off or use extractor for deep cleaning
- Always ensure the mat is completely dry before placing it back in service
Laundering Instructions (Nitrile-Backed Mats):
- Flush: 2–3 minutes, medium water level, 120°F (49°C)
- Optional Flush: Repeat for heavy soiling
- Break: 2–3 minutes, high water level, 120°F (49°C), pH not exceeding 9.5
- Rinse: 2 x 2 minutes, high water level, cold
- Extract (low speed): 1–2 minutes
- Shake Out: 1 minute (wheel rotates with drain open)
- Extract (high speed): 3–5 minutes
- Dry: 5–10 minutes, basket temp max 180°F (82°C)
- Cool Down: 5 minutes
Lay mats flat after washing/drying. Allow to cool before rolling.
Avoid over-drying. If air-drying, increase final rinse to 140°F (60°C) to reduce moisture retention.
