Easy to Clean and Launderable
These mats can be vacuumed daily in high-traffic areas or hosed off to remove heavy soil and debris. They are also commercially launderable—ideal for maintaining performance and appearance over time. Proper laundering with a low pH detergent and water temperatures up to 140°F will extend the mat’s lifespan. Mats should be hung or laid flat to dry, and should be fully dry and cool before rolling or returning to service.

Custom sizes available in widths of 3', 4', 5', or 6' and lengths up to 40'. Mat sizes are approximate; 3–5% manufacturing variance is standard due to rubber expansion and contraction.

Laundering Instructions:
To maintain appearance and performance, vacuum regularly and commercially launder as needed. For heavy soil, increase temperature to 140°F (60°C) and use a low pH, non-ionic detergent (pH below 9.5). Recommended commercial laundering formula:

Flush: 2–3 minutes at 120°F (49°C), medium water level

Optional Second Flush: 2–3 minutes at 120°F

Break: 2–3 minutes, 120°F, high water level

Rinse: 2 minutes, cold water, high water level (twice)

Extract: Low speed, 1–2 minutes

Shake Out: 1 minute at wash speed with drain open

Final Extract: 3–5 minutes, low speed

Dry: 5–10 minutes at 180°F (82°C) basket temperature

Cool Down: 5 minutes before removal
Lay mats flat and allow them to cool before rolling. Do not over-dry. If skipping the dryer, increase final rinse temperature to 140°F to reduce moisture retention.
